Saint City Rotary is pleased to acknowledge Mark Palynchuk as our Saint of the Month for January. Mark, who serves as our Sergeant-at-Arms and helps out in many different ways is always there when needed, provides humour at our meetings and is never afraid to ask the tough questions.
