Muna Abdulhussain, from St. Albert Further Education, spoke to us this week about the council's Newcomer Connections Program. The program is designed to welcome newcomers and provide them with information about various resources and referrals for health, education, support and services, as well as job search and resume writing. Assistance is offered in a number of languages, including Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, Tagalog, Russian, Ukraine and more.
