Saint City Rotary was pleased to welcome Susan Krecsy, Executive Director of the St. Albert Food Bank and Community Village, as our guest speaker at this our October 6th meeting. During her presentation, Susan shared how the organization has evolved beyond providing emergency food assistance to offering community-based programs and support services that help individuals and families overcome challenges and work toward greater independence. The organization works closely with numerous community partners to provide a range of client-focused services.A highlight of the evening was the presentation of Rotary's donations to the Food Bank and Community Village. Members were proud to present both last year's and this year's contributions in support of the important work being done throughout our community.
We thank Susan for taking the time to share the organization's story and the positive impact it continues to have on the lives of St. Albert residents. Saint City Rotary is grateful for the opportunity to support such a vital community resource and looks forward to continuing this partnership.
